Not Good-bye But See You Later

Farewell Cambodia, see you all in a year!

The last few days for us have been filled with many “good-byes” that we quickly corrected to “see you later”. 
We can hardly believe it’s been 3 years 321 days since we left Canada.  We look forward to connect to as many of you as possible face to face over the next year of our home assignment. We wanted to say a great big THANK YOU to all of you who have been reading our updates and praying for our family. 
I am writing this post as we’re sitting on the plane getting ready to head back to Canada. If memory serves me correctly, the last update we sent from Canada almost 4 years ago was also as we sat on the plane.  Depending on the airport Wi-Fi, you may receive this newsletter before we arrive in Canada or after we have already arrived.
Please continue to keep praying for the the work of making disciples of the Vietnamese diaspora in Cambodia.  Particularly, keep praying for the local leaders that God will fill them with the Holy Spirit and use them to lead a great awakening in the Vietnamese churches of Cambodia.
